2. Data we process

• Registration data: email address, hashed password, and optionally Google identity
• Basic profile: name, gender, age, hobbies, lifestyle
• Personality profile: personality traits, attachment style, communication style, conflict style, relationship goals, love language, partner expectations
• Special-category data: faith and religious belief; psychological characteristics such as stress response and formative experiences
• Voice records: transcripts of voice sessions and ongoing conversation summaries
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, access logs

3. Special categories of personal data

The service processes data about religious belief and psychological characteristics, which may be special categories of personal data under GDPR Art. 9. We process this data only based on your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing podpora@festapp.net.

4. Purposes

• Providing the voice dating service and creating a personality profile
• Looking for compatible partners
• Managing the user account
• Technical support
• Compliance with legal obligations

5. Legal basis

Basic and profile data are processed to perform the contract. Legal obligation applies to payment and tax records where they arise and must be retained. Special-category data is processed based on explicit consent.

6. Recipients

Database and authentication run on our own server in the EU. Data is shared with these external processors where needed:

• Google, OpenAI, and OpenRouter for AI responses and related AI services
• Soniox for speech-to-text transcription in the EU region
• Cloudflare for hosting and CDN

We do not sell data or provide it to third parties for marketing.

7. Retention

• Active account: for the duration of service use
• Deleted account: account and profile data are removed from the active database after confirmation
• Payment and tax records: retained outside the user account only as required by accounting and tax law
• Voice transcripts: retained while consent for extended processing remains active; after consent is withdrawn, they are deleted within 30 days
• Technical logs: 90 days

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of special-category consent, and changing transcript-retention settings in account settings. Send requests to podpora@festapp.net. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).

9. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies for login and session security. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies without your consent.
