2. Service description

Man and Woman is a Christian dating web application with AI. The user has voice conversations with a virtual matchmaker that builds a personality profile, values profile, and relationship-goal profile to help find a compatible partner. The service is intended for adult Christians looking for a serious relationship.

3. Registration and account

Use requires registration by email and password or through a Google account. The user must provide truthful information and protect access to their account. The operator may cancel an account if these terms are breached.

4. Access to the service

Access to voice sessions requires purchased credits. Credits are purchased in advance in packages and are deducted for each minute of an active session. Payments can be made by card or by bank transfer using a QR code.

Purchased credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back for money. Unused credits are not transferred, paid out, or otherwise compensated. The only exception is a proven technical outage on the operator's side; in that case, contact support.

5. Conduct rules

The user agrees to provide truthful information, use the service only for finding a serious relationship, and not bypass technical limits. The service is expressly intended for adult users with a Christian value base.

6. Nature of AI responses

The AI matchmaker provides conversation based on learned patterns. It does not provide therapy, legal advice, or financial advice. Profile analysis is indicative and does not guarantee compatibility.

7. Availability

The operator aims to keep the service available, but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. Outages outside the operator's control do not create a right to compensation.

8. Changes to terms

The operator may change these terms. Users will be informed of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that period means acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
